Whistler!

Hey ho!

Weve been driving all over BC looking for the bestest place to live. We camped out in Kelowna for a night, then camped out again in Vancouver. But this campout was for different purposes! The purpose of waiting in line for Indian Jones! Heck yes!
We are now in Whistler and checking out the living situations, as well as hunting for some sources of income. Game on!

Banff!

Hey! Our trip has been great so far. We went to a museum in winnipeg, but we were all pretty tired from sleeping in the car in a walmart parking lot. We decided winnipeg was OK, but as we continued on we had gorgeous weather coming through sasafraschewan (saskatchewan) which we all decided was fantastic. We took some awesome stops on rural sideroads to play some guitar, and this one time we drove for about 20 minutes before realized that a laptop was still on the roof, Yikes! We made it all the way to kierstens place in calgary by friday (may 16), then we (Ian, Sean, Ben and Kiersten's boyfriend Dylan) headed up to banff to go snowboarding, where we all promptly got awesome sunburns. We spent the long weekend there reading in the sunshine, hanging out with Emily Hunter, and enjoying some silly snowboarder night life. We went to a big snowboard party today in t-shirts and silly outfits, and it was hailing and absolutely freezing (but still a riot). We are now about to set sail for Kelowna, where we are probably going to setup shop for a while and see if we can make some moneys. THE REST OF ONTARIO!

Leaving Ontario!

We started driving away from london ontario at around noontime, and by the evening we we're in a fancy little town called Spanish. The Spaniards were very friendly and hospitable, but our tent didn't have any poles, so we had to rig up a creative series of ropes. The next day, we drove for 18 hours, and now we're awake in a place called Kenora, and only a stones throw from Manitoba. Wahoo! We have a movie made for you guys about Ontario adventures, but internet is patchy at best in these parts and you will have the exercise patience. Over and out!

The Job Season!

Before we left, Ben and I spent an afternoon reviewing our hireability skills. Here are some of Ben's:

Westerly!

Hey Hello!
It's official, we have blasted off from Almonte town. We commandeered Scott Shannon for the first leg of our journey, and made it as far as Ben's house in Kingston for our first night. We drank some beer at the bar in Ben's basement, and found ourselves being real manly men. We fixed up his basement, and even lay some hard wood floors down. The tentative name for this new bar is The REST'N. RESTN being the initials of everyone in Ben's house. We had an early start the next morning and blasted off in our favorite direction - West. We hit Oakville just in time to BBQ with Nick before making the final sprint to London.
